Lindsey Moretti, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s degree in social work from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She comes to Georgia Outreach with nearly 7 years of experience working with adolescents in group homes and inpatient setting. Lindsey specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. Lindsey also has experience working with adoptive and foster care children as well as diverse families.
Lindsey’s area of expertise is in the treatment of children, adolescence and young adults. She utilizes a variety of intervention techniques to provide her clients with a comfortable and open environment. Her trainings include interventions with sensory needs, art therapy and play therapy. Lindsey is also trained to provide trauma focused interventions and strategies. Lindsey strives to provide her clients with an understanding and encouraging environment, facilitating growth and understanding.
Lindsey takes a passionate and caring approach with each client by tailoring her methods to meet each individual’s needs. Her passion for assisting others overcome traumatic experiences is evident in the results. She focuses her efforts in helping others develop life-long coping skills to lead a happy and fulfilling life.
Throughout Lindsey’s career, she has been tenacious with maintaining sound knowledge in her field. By working with a wide array of clients, Lindsey has developed a deep understanding and passion for what she does. She appreciates the exceptionalism of each individual and strives to help them become their best version of themselves.
